What CZone Configures?
HR Policy Mapping (Week 1)
We review your current HR policies — leave entitlements, attendance rules, performance cycle, org structure — and map them to Zoho People's configuration options. We flag any gaps where Zoho Creator customisation will be needed.
Configuration, Data Load & Testing (Week 2–4)
Zoho People is configured in a test environment. Employee records, historical leave balances and org structure are loaded. Approval workflows are tested by HR, line managers and employees using test accounts before go-live.
Go-Live, Employee Communications & Training (Week 4–5)
We support a phased or full-company go-live, provide HR admin training, produce employee-facing guidance documentation, and remain available for the first full leave cycle and payroll run.
